Patch Update!

Hello! It’s time for a new Curse of the Deadwood Patch update! Our game dev team has been toiling away to bring you a smoother Curse of the Deadwood experience! We just uploaded a fresh, new, and shiny patch to both Steam and the Epic game store! This patch addressed a few performance optimization updates:

Stability

  • Performance optimizations for Leafton

  • Performance optimizations for Deadwood Forest

General

  • Fixed a bug that could cause sound to no longer play

  • Lighting improvements to Cedar Swamp

  • Lighting improvements for Lathe & Roguard

  • Visual improvements to the new grass

Known Issues:

  • We continue to look for ways to improve performance further

  • Graphics Presets do not currently alter the Grass Quality setting
